Life and long-term-disability insurance is on us.
CraftForce cares about its employees' well-being and financial security. After 60 days, all employees are added to the company-paid, $25k life-insurance policy, as well as long-term-disability insurance. LTD ensures that employees who become disabled, and are unable to work for an extended period, receive a portion of their income.
We match retirement contributions up to 4%.
After 90 days of service, all CraftForce employees are eligible to participate in our retirement program which includes a company match. Your contributions and our company match are immediately vested.

We offer three types of medical plans, as well as a health savings, dental, vision, short-term-disability, and additional life insurance for you and your family. CraftForce pays 50% of the employee premiums to keep the benefits affordable!
